: POTHOLES/Asphalt – Taking resident calls on potholes. Repaired cut out at Strassburg School from hydrant replacement.
: WATER - Day to day schedules & EME CALLS .Extra personal to start south side list and working on the dig /jet list for high unpaid bills. A water crew was sent to repair 1854 222pl main leak.

: STREET SWEEPER – December sweep after leaf program completed. All special sweeps will be announced on the marquee.
: HYDRANT REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT- Working on 3 hydrants 2522 ORION, 2036 218 and 1836 223st.
: TREE REMOVALS – At this time ash trees will be removed on a call in complaint and will be evaluation to make safe. Winter tree removals will follow starting in January .
: VEHICELS/ EQU- P.W. TR #1, 2, 3,4,5,6. Putting plows and salt hoppers on testing and adjusting for best usage of salt for safety and working toward new mandates. Prepping 2- 4x4 pickups for plowing parking lots courts and tight locations. ON GOING . Working with PD , ESDA on small vehicle repairs.
: MAIN WATER VALVES – Started marking locations for main valve EZ inserts. This is to isolate areas for future upgrade like new valves, hydrants and new main installation. This is vital for all water department
upgrades and will save on labor hours and water loss. 1 EZ valve insert was installed at 21948 Jeffery so we can repair a defective valve on Sauk trail and Merrill. A s of DEC 9 the valve on Merrill has been repaired .
: SANITARY SEWER COMPLAINTS – If a resident has a sewer complaint please call the village hall during regular business hours and after call non emergencies P.D. - P.W. STAFF WILL BE CALLED OUT.
