Houses that have squatter’s in them are down to 54 these houses will be turned over to the Police Department for further investigation and then will be turned over to Public Works to make sure they have no water on.

- 104 Tickets on the court docket
- 5 Found Guilty
- 99 Failure to appear and fines are doubled
Houses that have squatter’s in them are down to 54 these houses will be turned over to the Police Department for further investigation and then will be turned over to Public Works to make sure they have no water on.
We have a meeting with Republic Garbage on Thursday at 10
with Ernie Lopez to recalculate the number of homes that the Village is charged
for. I have supplied them a copy of the
vacant not eligible list and have been updating them as needed when homes
become eligible. The homes that are not
being picked up that have garbage on the parkway have been receiving tickets.
The Sauk Village Café has received their Business License
and is scheduled to open on March 14; they will be opened for Breakfast, Lunch
and Dinner.
